Syndicate Completes Bridge Attack Compensation: 12.9M SYND Distributed Plus 15% Extra

According to Syndicate's announcement on May 11, the project has completed compensation for affected SYND holders on Commons Chain. All impacted users received full reimbursement plus an additional 15% of the loss amount, totaling approximately 12.9 million SYND. Compensation was sent directly to affected wallets on Base chain with gas fees covered by Syndicate Labs.

Syndicate Labs destroyed an equivalent amount of SYND from its treasury to offset long-term supply impact. The company declined to compensate its own affected holdings, reducing total compensation needs by approximately 5.5 million SYND. All affected holders now own more tokens than before the incident, with total supply unchanged due to the burn.
