Tencent Cloud Powers Ryt Bank's AI Banking Service for 50,000 Users on Launch Day

According to Tencent Cloud, on May 11, the company partnered with Malaysia-based digital bank Ryt Bank to support its AI-driven conversational banking service using Tencent Cloud Chat for real-time messaging. The system handled 50,000 active users on launch day without downtime, enabling customers to give payment instructions in plain language instead of navigating app menus. Ryt Bank has reached 1.2 million users in over seven months.
