Toobox Korea Second Shareholder Seeks Injunction Against 100 Billion Won Kkumbi Acquisition

According to E-Daily, on July 8, Golden Eagle, a Chinese major distributor holding 12.6% of Toobox Korea, filed for a preliminary injunction to block new share issuance ahead of the capital raise completion. The filing came one day before Kkumbi's 3.6 billion won third-party allocated capital increase was finalized on July 7. Kkumbi had previously agreed to acquire 1.189 million shares from existing largest shareholder Lee Sun-geun and four others for approximately 100 billion won and participate in the capital raise, positioning itself to become the largest shareholder with 27.74% of shares upon transaction completion.
