According to Chosun Daily, Uber, Naver, and Alibaba have hired advisers for due diligence as Delivery Hero weighs a sale of Woowa Brothers, the Seoul-based operator of Baedal Minjok food delivery app. The deal could reach about 8 trillion won, or roughly $5.8 billion. Investors are also discussing a possible Uber-Naver consortium to bid for the asset.
