UK FCA to Begin Regulating Four Tech Giants as Critical Third Parties Starting July 13

According to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Bank of England, Prudential Regulation Authority, and FCA will begin regulating critical third-party institutions starting July 13. The UK Treasury has designated AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Oracle as critical third parties subject to the new regulatory framework.
