UK Inflation Expectations Fall to 3.4% Ahead of BoE Rate Decision on July 30

According to the Citi/YouGov survey released on July 28, British households' one-year-ahead inflation expectations fell to 3.4% from 3.8% in June. Long-term expectations, measured over a five-year horizon, declined to 3.7% from 3.9%. The Bank of England is scheduled to announce its interest rate decision on July 30 or July 31.
