According to Bloomberg, the UK sealed a long-awaited trade agreement with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), ending four years of negotiations. The deal deepens ties with GCC member states including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. "Gulf states are important economic partners. This agreement will deepen our relationship, build trust, and create new opportunities for trade and investment," UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said.
