Ukraine PM: All 27 EU Member States Agree to Start Membership Talks on June 3

According to Xinhua, on June 3, Ukraine Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced that all 27 European Union member states have agreed to begin accession negotiations for Ukraine and Moldova.
