U.S. Army Apache Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing in South Korean Farm on May 15

According to CCTV International News, a U.S. Army Apache helicopter stationed in South Korea made an emergency landing in a farm in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, on May 15 at 11:52 a.m. local time. The aircraft crew reported that an engine overheat prompted the emergency landing. No casualties or injuries were reported, and authorities found no damage to the aircraft. U.S. Forces Korea plans to conduct repairs on-site over the next two to three days before relocating the helicopter.
