U.S. Treasury Yields Fall on July 24, 10-Year Rate Drops 1.90bp to 4.684%

According to Yonhap Infomax, U.S. Treasury yields declined on July 24 morning, with the 10-year yield falling 1.90 basis points to 4.684% and the 2-year yield dropping 2.50 basis points to 4.335% as of 9:03 a.m. ET.

The decline reflects profit-taking in crude oil markets after recent sharp gains, with WTI crude futures for September delivery down 2.41% to $89.97 per barrel. Despite ongoing military tensions between the U.S. and Iran, including reported IRGC attacks on American military bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, WTI has posted a six-day losing streak as adjustment psychology strengthened following gains exceeding 30% earlier this month.
