According to Jin10, Morgan Stanley strategists recommended a cautious stance on U.S. short-end Treasury duration on July 22. The two-year Treasury yield fell 0.8 basis points to 4.252%, staying close to its July 14 multi-month high of 4.298%. Strategists said they prefer to remain patient given elevated short-end yields, the Federal Reserve's quiet period, and several weeks remaining before key employment data release.
