WealthCraft Capital, Inc. (OTC PINK: WCCP) today announced the acquisition of a less-lethal conducted-energy patent portfolio from XLabs, designed for law enforcement, military, and homeland security applications. The portfolio includes a U.S. utility patent, design patent, and international applications covering a battery-powered, launcher-independent electric shock projectile engineered for standard-issue 5.56×45mm NATO rifles and 0.68 caliber launchers.
The company plans to rebrand to War Labs Defense Technologies, Inc. and enter into a binding letter of intent for a share exchange with XLabs. The global non-lethal weapons market is projected to reach approximately $15 billion by 2030, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 6%, according to ResearchAndMarkets. The less-lethal ammunition subsegment alone is expected to reach $1.49 billion by 2030, driven by demand for proportional use-of-force technologies and counter-UAS capabilities.
