Yueneng Holdings Receives Warning from Henan Securities Regulator on May 26

GateNews
On May 26, Yueneng Holdings announced that it received a warning letter from the Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau (Henan SRB) over regulatory violations. The regulator found that an announcement issued on February 11 regarding equity investment participation and related-party transactions contained incomplete information disclosure and insufficient risk warnings. The company also failed to establish and execute an insider information management system as required. Chairman Yu Dezhong, General Manager Li Jun, and Board Secretary Li Lin were held primarily responsible. The Henan SRB imposed the warning measure on the company and the three executives, and the matter will be recorded in their securities market integrity files.
