Zhenjiang Best New Materials Gets CSRC Approval for Hong Kong IPO, 357.7M A-Shares Full Circulation on July 10

According to China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), on July 10, Zhenjiang Best New Materials received approval for Hong Kong IPO and full circulation of 357.7 million A-shares held by 19 shareholders. The company plans to issue no more than 103.5 million shares for overseas listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The 19 shareholders will convert their combined 357.7 million domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for circulation on HKEX.
