Optimism TVL Surges 87.83% in 30 Days While Plasma Records 61.78% Decline

The data also reveals that Scroll_ZKP’s TVL dropped from $232.7M to $23.19M within two days (April 7-9), coinciding with ether_fi’s migration to Optimism. Notably, 5 of the top 10 TVL decliners are Ethereum Layer-2 networks, with aave experiencing liquidity outflows.
