Gate News message. On April 6, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said in a statement on April 5 that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy and the Aerospace Force jointly launched the 96th round of the “True Promise-4” operation in the early hours of April 5. The statement said that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched a fierce attack on the Haifa oil refinery that provides fuel to Israel’s fighter jets, destroying its core components; it used missiles to strike the United States ExxonMobil and Chevron natural gas facilities in Habshan, UAE, and a petrochemical plant in Ruwais, UAE. In addition, multiple petrochemical facilities in Bahrain’s Sitra and in Kuwait’s Shuaybah were also hit by drones and missiles, causing the relevant facilities’ operations to come to a complete halt and triggering large-scale fires.
