I sold a bit of CRCL above 120 and bought PDD instead.
PDD went up a little today, but I realized selling CRCL was a mistake, so I bought back in with slightly more, got off the high-speed train for a smoke—glad the train didn't leave without me.
As for the PDD I'm holding, I'm still considering. I'll probably keep it for now, and if it continues to drop, I'll think about switching back when it hits 80 to 60.

I'll translate this to American English:
"I'm giving you the conclusion-level solution directly, no beating around the bush. Why can't GPT do this directly, why does it always have to say something like this?"

Hong Kong banks really need to send a few programmers from mainland China to fix their apps. They don’t use phone number login; each bank is different—some require a username, some a card number, some an email. When you click "forgot username" or "forgot password," it prompts you to scan your ID. The AI behind it is a complete failure, malfunctioning from every angle—absolutely idiotic. MOX is still better; they probably had mainland programmers develop it. Hong Kong’s cuisine is top-notch, but these apps are just terrible!

"Should You Take Supplements, What Kind, and Where's the Best Place to Buy Them?"
The answers to these three questions are straightforward, but many people don't know them:
1. You basically should take them.
Our parents used to think "as long as you can eat three big bowls of rice" meant good health, but we now know that's not actually healthy—which is why average life expectancy is shorter in rural areas.
Now, more of us are starting to understand that supplements are necessary. It's just a matter of deciding what to take and how to take it based on your specific situation.
2. What should you

1、Sudden death acceleration four-pack: high stress + sleep deprivation + caffeine + emotional agitation
2、Poor sleep is slow suicide
3、After you’re over 40, get a gastroscopy once; colorectal cancer has a high incidence among Chinese people, and if it’s found, it’s already late-stage—people may die within a few months.
4、If you notice erection problems, be careful about blood vessels
5、Chest tightness, palpitations, and unexplained fatigue—together with the other issues above, don’t try to tough it out
6、Essential minimalist supplement lineup: fish oil, Vitamin D3 + K2, Coenzyme Q10

Watching people gesture left and right at great opportunities, drawing a few candlestick lines,
even emphasizing how accurate and impressive their predictions are.
It just feels like witnessing great absurdity.
The knowledge gap in this world has become absurdly wide.

# Used OPPO FIND N6 for a few days, and the experience is perfect.
1. Previously, I used Huawei's MATEPAD MINI for reading, 6 inches, because of the anti-glare paper-like screen, but the downside is that overseas software doesn't work, can only read books and Zhishixingqiu (a knowledge community platform).
2. Now with this N6, when opened, the size is about the same, and surprisingly the anti-glare is almost comparable, plus the clarity is even higher, the membrane is similar to a soft screen, and the feel is extremely comfortable.
3. When folded it's a small screen, light...

Zhang Xuefeng passed away...
He could run half marathons, was full of energy
Frequently stayed up late, worked hard
Could casually run 7-8 kilometers the day before sudden death
Even someone who appeared to be in great physical condition can suddenly leave us
To stay alive, you need to: sleep well, eat healthy, exercise, and keep stress low
Crypto people who trade frequently and do futures trading are the most exhausted
Being alive is that 1, everything else is 0

13 years ago, Mai Gang's several predictions:
Bitcoin simulates the monetary properties of gold through algorithms and mathematics
Bitcoin will become a tool in great power competition
China's government should hold 20-30% of global bitcoin supply as strategic reserves
The US dollar will eventually be pegged to cryptocurrency in some form
Multiple countries will adopt bitcoin as one of their national reserve currencies
This is genius...

Sleep is likely the most important thing for saving your life
There have already been many cases of middle-aged people dying suddenly after a poor night's sleep followed by high-intensity exercise the next day
And the better your physical condition, the greater the risk might be—after all, those with weak bodies can only lie down if they don't sleep well
Life is really so fragile

Before, I learned that I should maintain relationships and connections.
Later, I realized that different circles have different values, and you can't force yourself to fit in.
I wonder if anyone else feels the same way.

It's strange.
Back when we were in school, I would add all my close friends, truly wanting to stay in touch.
But later, we went our separate ways, and even though they're still in my heart, we all just suddenly stopped contacting each other...

Sima Yi was mocked as a timid turtle his entire life, yet ultimately prevailed over everyone.
In investing, entrepreneurship, and careers—it's all the same: the one who makes it to the end is often not the most aggressive, but the one most capable of enduring and persevering.

"When people go crazy, heaven will settle the score" — increasingly, this wisdom rings true.
Wang Jianlin: "My modest goal is to earn 100 million yuan first" — sharp decline within 1 year
罗永浩: "Acquiring Apple is my unshirkable responsibility" — bankruptcy and collapse
Chen Nian: "I hope to acquire Louis Vuitton in the future" — massive losses and layoffs within 1 year
Xu Jiayin: "Buy, buy, buy; expand, expand, expand; do well, do well, do well" — arrested 2 years later
Humility and modesty are lifelong essential lessons.
