The system utilizes a dual-token architecture, featuring Property Tokens (ERC20 tokens integrated with ERC4626 vaults) that grant holders legally binding claims to the economic benefits of specific properties, such as rental income and sale profits, and the $LQE token, which acts as the core liquidity bridge and receives a 10% revenue share from all platform activities.
