Role Permission Management

To meet the operational needs of merchants, Gate Pay provides account role and permission management features in the merchant dashboard. Merchants can register multiple Gate accounts as needed, configure them as merchant sub-accounts, and log in to the merchant dashboard. This feature allows you to assign specific permissions based on different roles, such as customer service or finance, ensuring both security and operational efficiency.

Step 1: Log in to the merchant main account dashboard and click on [Settings]

Step 2: Click on [Team Members] -- [Add Member]

Step 3: Enter the merchant operations details, sub-account UID, and name. Select a role, then click [Save] to add the member successfully.
Gate UID: You need to register the Gate account in advance to set up merchant, operations, or sub-accounts and obtain the Gate UID.

Step 4: Once saved successfully, you can view member information. You can edit to reset permissions or delete members. After deletion, that sub-account UID will no longer be able to log in to the merchant dashboard.
