Canadian agribusiness AgriFORCE, in partnership with BlueFlare Energy, launched the first mining farm using natural gas, which was previously burned or considered illiquid (stranded gas).
The first site operates with 120 ASIC miners and has already mined 7 BTC, half of which remains in reserve, the rest is used for scaling. Power - 425 kW, hashrate - 32 PH/s.
Plans are in place to open two more sites in Alberta and increase the hashrate to 1 EH/s by 2026.
