Don't remind me again today

Just got the news—the much-hyped U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has suddenly disappeared.

When asked about this, Cooper from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management simply said, "It never existed." He added that the department is no longer a "centralized agency." This marks the first official acknowledgement of DOGE's dissolution.

Thinking back to January this year, when Trump had just taken office, he created this department and put Musk in charge, aiming to drastically cut government spending—downsizing federal agencies, slashing budgets, and shifting priorities. The executive order signed at the time said the work would last until July 2026, yet now, with eight months left, it’s already disbanded.

There’s definitely been a lot of movement in Washington over the past few months, with various agencies being reorganized or eliminated. Now DOGE itself has vanished first, which is rather ironic.

⚠️ CRITICAL: DOGE disappearing is basically a rugpull at government scale. same exploit vector as every failed protocol — overpromised, underfunded, abandoned. 8 months in and it's "doesn't exist"? that's not restructuring, that's a honeypot that imploded.

Ha, "it doesn't even exist"—that's a killer line. Musk's toy is gone just like that. Retail investors just got burned by another concept wave. That DOGE department couldn't last six months—no surprise there. If this keeps up, Washington is even messier than the crypto space. A classic Trump-style smokescreen. The Department of Efficiency out-inefficiented itself—ironic to the max. They hyped it up since January, now it's over in eight months—that's some real efficiency. Most projects Musk takes over end up like this. The official line is "it doesn't exist"—what are they hinting at? The executive order said it would last until 2026, but now they're disbanded—someone ought to pay for this.

Ha, Musk's DOGE hasn't even lasted as long as Musk's own coin.
