An exchange promotes "Trustworthy Liquidity Framework": a transparency experiment that speaks with data.

Abstract generation in progress

[Coin World] Recently, a certain exchange made a big move - they launched what they call a “Trustworthy Liquidity Framework”. Sounds impressive, right? Actually, it's just aimed at making the trading environment more transparent and reassuring institutional players to enter the market.

This framework mainly focuses on three points: the execution process must be visible, the operation must be stable, and the governance standards must be established. Additionally, the first transparency report TLR-1 was released, which lays out all the detailed data on execution delays and operational integrity. In simple terms, it aims to make the market more predictable.

The head of their global regulatory affairs said quite frankly: transparency cannot just be talked about; it must have data that can be seen and quantified to count. This approach aligns well with the current tightening regulatory environment—after all, institutional funds are now most concerned with compliance and credibility.

That being said, a framework is just a framework, and implementing it is another matter. How the market will respond depends on the actual performance that follows.

The transparency report trap, I've heard it a lot... It really needs to be implemented to be valuable.

To put it nicely, it's "trusted liquidity," but to put it bluntly, it's just data laundering... You can tell what the real liquidity is like by looking at the trading depth. As for reports... well.

Another transparency framework? To be honest, I'm getting a bit tired of seeing these.

Data speaks? Heh... it's this trap again, let's wait a few months to see how many people still believe.
