The current price of Bitcoin is fluctuating above 87000, having fallen more than a thousand points from the 24-hour high of 88700. Previously, the price surged to a high of 90500 before continuing to decline, with bullish momentum significantly diminishing and market selling pressure gradually increasing, which also confirms the weak upward trend in the short term.
From a technical perspective, the 4-hour candlestick has formed an M-shaped pattern after a surge and pullback. The first support to pay attention to is the 24-hour low of 86500. Once this level is broken, the price is likely to further dip towards the previous low around 84400. The bearish signals on the technical front are very clear!
Big cake suggestion: around 88100-88700 for the short position, looking down to around 87000-85500.
