$BTC first flushed liquidity below the 87k region, taking out weak longs and forcing late sellers in. That sweep marked a short-term bottom near 86.8k.
From there, price responded with a strong impulsive rebound, reclaiming key intraday levels with momentum.
The structure has shifted from distribution to recovery, with higher highs and higher lows forming on the lower timeframe.
As long as BTC continues to hold above the 88.5k–88.8k zone, the path of least resistance remains upward. A clean continuation above current levels would open a retest of the 90k psychological zone, where reaction should be expected.
