#2026年比特币行情展望 $BTC The recent market trend has been quite volatile, and many friends are itching to watch the minute charts. But honestly, doing so can easily lead to confusion from short-term fluctuations—frequent trading often causes you to miss the big picture.

My suggestion is to change your perspective: extend the K-line timeframe, using daily or even weekly charts to observe Bitcoin's movement. Short-term small rises and falls should be considered noise; ignore them. The real opportunities often appear when you can withstand the volatility and wait patiently.

This is a test of patience. Those who have already set up their positions should continue to do so, and those who are cautious should wait and see. Time will give us the answer.

That's right, I've had enough of watching the market all day long, it's really exhausting.

Oops, it's another guy telling us not to look at the minute chart, but I've already been cut so many times I have no temper left. Now it all looks the same and I lose money. Bear Market Health Guide Update: Throw away your phone, the weekly chart lasts longer than my life. That's right, but I just can't help it. It's a professional habit. Wait, you said "the layout has already been done"... Why do I feel like you're subtly implying I haven't copied everything down? The weekly chart guy is back again. Everyone who has been watching the weekly chart this year, go ahead and share. I’ll be happy if you do.

That's right, frequent operations are just giving money to the exchange. I've quit long ago. --- Looking at the weekly chart with a bullish outlook, but the minute chart makes my mentality explode, understand? --- Patience is easy to talk about but really hard to do. --- Those who started early in the layout should be sleeping soundly now. As for me, I'm just a spectator. --- Stop looking at the minute chart, that thing will drive you crazy. --- Time will give the answer, but whether my mentality can hold up until then is another story. --- Extending the cycle really feels much better, but when I get bored, I still want to trade. --- This wave is really eliminating those who can't stop their hands. --- Right now, I'm doing nothing, watching nothing, just waiting to be proven wrong or for a breakout.

That's right, I've already switched to weekly charts long ago. The minute chart system really tires people out. I used to trade frequently and lost quite a bit, so now I just treat it as noise.

I've always said that the daily chart is the real one; minute chart traders are mostly destined to be the little guys.

The weekly chart is the real deal; the minute chart is just pure self-torture.

There's nothing wrong with what you said. I've already quit obsessing over the minute chart. That thing really makes me more anxious the more I look at it.

nah, all that "ignore the noise" talk conveniently ignores how mm's are literally creating the noise to liquidate retail... the *real* dark forest shit happens on the daily charts too, not just the 1m timeframe. they're just better at hiding it.
