Ever notice how many crypto advocates preach privacy, then happily swipe their credit card everywhere? Banks aren't stupid—transaction patterns reveal far too much about your life, more than most people realize. Yet somehow that hypocrisy doesn't bother them.

If privacy actually matters to you, the math is simple: cash and peer-to-peer transactions become non-negotiable. Not because it's trendy, but because financial privacy requires real commitment, not just lip service. The friction exists for a reason.

Words are cheap. Your spending habits? Those tell the real story.

Honestly, most people just talk about privacy but don't actually care about anything. I've seen through it long ago. --- That's why I use cash, otherwise what's the point of being monitored? --- Got stuck...swiping credit cards is so satisfying, who cares about privacy anymore? --- Actions are what really matter. Yelling slogans every day is useless. --- Think about it from another perspective: bank data is so valuable, how could they really give you privacy?

NGL, that's why I don't trust those who constantly shout about privacy. There are really few who actually use cash. Well said, actions speak louder than words, and trash talk is the cheapest. It's all just selective privacy—using credit cards when convenient, and giving speeches about privacy when it comes up. This generation of crypto people really loves to talk but hates to do. LOL

No problem at all. A bunch of keyboard warriors keep bragging about privacy privacy every day, but when it comes to swiping a card to buy milk tea, they don't blink. It's hilarious. People who truly care have already gone all in with cash. The rest are just pretending to be cool.

Haha, well said. How many people talk about privacy but still swipe their cards for purchases? Truly amazing. --- Isn't this the real portrayal of most crypto people? Saying it better than singing it. --- Damn, you hit the nail on the head... I didn't even realize I was contradicting myself. --- If you want privacy, you have to pay the price. Otherwise, stop complaining. --- Transferring on-chain and still claiming to care about privacy? That's laughable. --- Honestly, it's just not ruthless enough. Those who truly care would have already gone fully cash.
