People often compare memecoins to casinos, but that's not quite accurate. A lottery filtered through survivorship bias—now that's the real picture.

With casinos, the odds are at least transparent and consistent. Memecoins? Most of them disappear without a trace, leaving behind only stories of the ones that made it. You never hear about the thousands that tanked; you only see the lucky few who caught the wave early. That's survivorship bias playing out in real time.

It's the difference between a rigged game and a game where most players lose, but the winners become legendary. The narrative gets built around what survived, not what didn't.
