According to on-chain data monitoring, large staking institution Bitmine increased its Ethereum staking position again on January 11, with a one-time stake of 86,400 ETH, corresponding to a market value of approximately $266.3 million.

This is not an isolated event. Bitmine's total staked amount has already surpassed an important milestone—cumulative staking of 1,052,192 ETH. At the current price, the total value is as high as $3.25 billion.

This continuous large-scale staking activity reflects institutional investors' optimism about the long-term value of Ethereum. The ongoing expansion of staking volume indicates that institutions are increasing their ETH holdings, and it also means that more and more ETH are being locked in staking protocols, which has positive implications for network security and ecosystem stability.

Chips are increasingly concentrated in the hands of institutions, and the pattern has already formed. But don't be fooled by this rhetoric; locking in positions ≠ optimism, it's just the attractive yield. Wait, the number 86400 is interesting—it just happens to be the average number of blocks produced per day on Ethereum... Coincidence? The real issue is that liquidity is shrinking, and retail investors' holding anxiety index is soaring. A typical rookie mentality: following institutions to add positions, but never considering why they dare to keep betting repeatedly. Staking yields are so low, yet they are still piling up madly. What does this indicate? It shows that they hold so many chips that there's nowhere else to put them. Have you learned the signal of risk release, everyone?

Large institutions are piling up ETH like crazy; now it's time to analyze and consider carefully.

Institutions are once again疯狂ly stockpiling ETH, this pace is a bit intense. Bitmine's move is really throwing money to boost confidence. $3.25 billion locked, I just want to know if retail investors still have a chance. Centralized staking is increasing, is this really good? I'm optimistic about it, but I'm a bit worried that ETH might turn into a cash machine for institutions.
