Tether has made new progress in its trademark layout in Russia. As the issuer of the world's largest stablecoin USDT, Tether submitted a trademark registration application for the asset tokenization platform Hadron to the Russian authorities in October last year. It was officially approved in January this year, with the trademark protection valid until October 2035. The scope of this license covers a wide range of businesses—including blockchain financial services, cryptocurrency trading and exchange, digital payment processing, and related technical consulting. This indicates that Tether is not only consolidating its market position for USDT but also making long-term plans for the new track of asset tokenization. The implementation of the Hadron platform may become an important gateway for traditional assets to enter the on-chain world.

Russia also has to get involved with Hadron; Tether's move is quite strategic.

Tether's move is quite strategic, directly positioning in Russia until 2035. It seems the competition in stablecoins has just begun.
