#美国贸易赤字状况 In 2018, during that wave, I lost 600,000 directly. I smashed my phone, deleted all the client apps, and disappeared for a while. That period was truly despairing—I felt like I might not make it through.

But that drive in my heart just wouldn’t let me go.

When I turned things around in 2021, I only had 1,000 USDT left in my account. I told myself: This is the last chance.

With this 1,000 USDT, I started from 1,200 USDT, and went all the way to 25,000, then 120,000. Each step was a doubling process. There’s no real secret to the whole process, only three words—stick to discipline.

No full positions, no all-in, no greed. That’s the bottom line. My position size never exceeds 40%, the rest is emergency funds. Stop-loss must be decisive; don’t expect to perfectly bottom-tick or perfectly top-tick the market.

When the market rises, chase strong coins; when it falls, go short directly. Catch the right trend once, and you can make 6,000 USDT in about ten minutes. That’s not luck; it’s an opportunity protected by rules.

What to do after making money? Invest 30% back in, and withdraw 70% to your wallet. Repeat this cycle, and I recovered the entire 600,000 loss, plus an extra 300,000 profit.

Finally, I want to say: The crypto world never makes anyone get rich faster. The real winners are those who survive the longest. Stick to the rules, stay alive long enough, and profits will come naturally.

That's right, those who endured the 2018 wave are true heroes. The words "discipline" sound simple, but few can truly achieve it.

Losing 600,000 and still being able to bounce back shows a really strong mindset. But to be honest, turning 1,000U into 120,000 still sounds a bit uncertain... What are the details?

600,000 lost and I broke my phone, this mental resilience is truly tough... But ultimately turning things around was indeed a victory of discipline, not luck.

Honestly, this set of discipline is indeed worth learning from, but I always feel that the key is still the mindset... I also suffered a big loss in 2018, but at least I didn't smash my phone haha. I have deep experience with full position trading; I almost couldn't recover from a previous all-in bet. Now I also strictly control my position size... I think the 40% ratio depends on the individual, based on their psychological endurance. The most important thing is to be decisive with stop-losses. Many people can't do this; they keep hoping to break even before exiting... and end up sinking deeper and deeper. The 70% withdrawal cycle is a good model. Steady growth is indeed more reliable than trying to make big money in one shot, but it requires time and patience.
