Today, I experienced a five-loss streak again. Sleep deprivation made my mind fuzzy, and as a result, my contract position directly crashed.

What’s the most outrageous? The return rate has been dropping from 80% all the way down, now only 75%. This plunge is really hard to withstand.

Watching the principal of 8888U shrink right before my eyes, I keep thinking whether I can minimize the losses, ideally to fall below 7000, and I’d be satisfied. Don’t ask me why I’m so pessimistic; everyone who has lost money understands—sometimes, reality is just like this.

Contracts are like that; one careless move can turn small gains into big losses. Sometimes I really feel it’s better to cut losses early and not harden myself against the market.

I believe in the excuse of lack of sleep, but losing 8,000 yuan and ending up with just over 7,000 is really a bit frustrating. Five consecutive losses, why don't you reflect on your strategy? Not every market will save you.

Five consecutive losses and lack of sleep—this combo is a guaranteed crash recipe. Still upset about dropping from 80 to 75, bro, you need to strengthen your mental resilience. Seeing 8888U shrink is uncomfortable, but compared to stubbornly waiting for a rebound, stop-loss really saves lives. Contracts are like this: greed for one second can lead to a month of losses.

Five straight losses in a row is absolutely brutal. Trading futures on sleep deprivation with a foggy brain is just asking to get wrecked. Dropping from 80% to 75% isn't even that bad. Last time I went straight from two digits down to single digits—now that's what I call unbearable. Watching 8888U shrink is exhausting. Better to cut losses decisively than wait around and bleed out even more.

Oh no, five consecutive losses and still watching the market. How strong must your mentality be? Can't even hold 80%, this is just ridiculous... Playing contracts with insufficient sleep, no wonder you got wrecked, brother. How did 8888 turn into 8000? I really don't understand. I just want to ask, when will everyone learn to cut losses?

Five consecutive losses and still swinging singles, buddy, this is a suicidal trade --- 80% down to 75% and still comforting yourself, wake up --- Playing contracts with insufficient sleep, no wonder you get educated by the market --- 8888U shrank to 7000 and you still call it satisfaction? I'm speechless --- The words "stop loss" are easy to say but hard to do, everyone --- Every time you say you won't clash head-on with the market, but next time you still get carried away --- When you're on a five-loss streak, you should lie low, but you insist on messing around --- Contracts are really just throwing money into the fire, I see through it

It should be pointed out that your narrative framework is essentially a classic "gambler's fallacy"—empirical research in behavioral finance has demonstrated the psychological mechanism where, after a loss, traders actually lower their stop-loss expectations. This was already proven in Kahneman's prospect theory. Don't tell me "I've been through losses, I understand," because that precisely indicates you haven't understood yet.
