Solana technical turnaround releases buying potential, XRP Ledger accelerates the 3.0 upgrade, SHIB bears have a clear advantage—Analysis of the three major focuses in the crypto market

Abstract generation in progress

The current crypto market shows a divergence trend: Solana is attracting capital back with technical signals, XRP ecosystem development is steadily progressing, while Shiba Inu faces multiple pressures. Among this week’s market movements, the performance of these three blockchains and tokens is the most noteworthy.

Solana trading activity rises, Golden Cross signals ignite bullish sentiment

Solana (SOL) has recently regained confidence among bulls. Data shows that SOL trading volume has surged by 40%, reflecting a significant increase in market participation. As of the latest quote, SOL’s trading price has risen to $142.01, up +4.28% in 24 hours.

More notably, positive technical signals are emerging. The daily chart for SOL has clearly formed a Golden Cross pattern — a widely recognized bullish indicator that often suggests a short-term upward momentum may strengthen. The appearance of this technical pattern, combined with synchronized volume expansion, typically attracts follow-up capital tracking technical indicators.

Market retrospection shows that last year, whenever similar Golden Cross signals appeared on the SOL chart, prices tended to initiate upward rallies, reaching levels close to $200–$228. The current reappearance of this signal has also sparked market expectations for further gains. The supporting volume makes this signal more credible — it indicates strong buyer confidence and genuine market engagement.

XRP ecosystem accelerates iteration, node operators need to follow up promptly

The XRP Ledger Foundation recently issued an important reminder regarding key network upgrade progress. According to official notice, XRPL v3.0.0 is ready, including three major improvements: LendingProtocol, DynamicMPT, and fixDelegateV1_1, among other functional optimizations.

These code improvements are highly complete, but the voting activation process has not yet started. To ensure a smooth network transition, the foundation specifically urges node operators to initiate upgrade deployment immediately, and encourages developers to thoroughly test these new features on independent testnets to eliminate potential risks before mainnet activation.

This cautious release strategy reflects the maturity of XRPL’s consensus mechanism — allowing market participants to test new changes in isolated environments in advance, greatly reducing the risk of failures after activation. The upgrade also involves fixes to ledger storage, addressing known vulnerabilities in earlier versions. For users holding XRP (currently priced at $2.07), this means the ecosystem infrastructure is continuously improving.

Shiba Inu faces bullish dilemma, increased risk of downward breakdown

In contrast, the situation for Shiba Inu (SHIB) is quite different. On-chain data reveals a dangerous signal: long positions are being liquidated at an accelerating pace.

According to CoinGlass data, the maximum loss for long traders is concentrated around $0.00777, while the maximum loss for shorts is at $0.0086. Currently, SHIB trades around $0.00816, indicating that longs are approaching a critical point. A decline of less than 5% could trigger chain liquidations, while reversing the trend would require a rebound of over 5% with strong buying support.

The problem is that the current market sentiment for SHIB is clearly unfavorable for longs: supply and demand are imbalanced with a noticeable advantage for shorts, making downside pressure easier to trigger. Conversely, upward movement needs to overcome higher resistance. If the price slowly dips into the $0.0077–$0.0078 range and quickly stabilizes, forced long liquidations could form a short-term bottom. However, if the price gradually sinks within this range with insufficient liquidity, liquidation pressure may further accumulate, and the downtrend could intensify.

Overall, Solana’s technical turnaround, XRP’s ecosystem development, and SHIB’s short-term pressure together sketch a complex market landscape. Investors should make judgments based on their own risk tolerance.
