🔹 The deal is the first expansion outside Northern Europe, targeting the Swiss market with strong capital and institutional investors
🔹 Adam Back joins to support Bitcoin treasury strategy through a convertible loan of approximately $1.9M USD, with an option to expand up to approximately (USD
