Develop the habit of daily withdrawals, depositing 1000 and withdrawing 1000—just treat yourself as an ATM. The key is to adjust your mindset—if you really incur a loss, it's time to take a break.

For example, take 140u. First, allocate 40u as active funds for the day, and completely lock away the remaining 100u, do not touch it. What's the benefit of doing this? When the 40u is fully lost, you still have 100u as a cushion. Stop, wait a few hours, then continue, calm your emotions, and give the market a moment to recover.

What is the most taboo? Repeated losses in a single time period. That feeling is like being slapped repeatedly by the market in a one-sided manner, which can easily cause you to risk all your remaining funds. Many people, in this out-of-control state, end up losing even their underwear.

Trading isn't that complicated—regularly withdraw, decisively rest, and resolutely isolate risk. Persisting this way, losses become manageable.

Basically, don't be greedy. Just leave the money you've earned alone. Many people just can't stop at that moment, and as a result, they lose everything. This logic is actually the premise of being alive—only by staying alive can you make money.

Sounds good, but the key is whether it can really be achieved.

This theory sounds good, but when it comes to losing money, who can hold up? Losing my underwear is too heartbreaking, it's exactly me. Separating funds does have some logic, but most of the time I am the type to go all-in with my eyes closed.
