Ethereum ACDE Conference: Glamsterdam upgrade details finalized, aiming to lock in scope as soon as possible
Mars Finance News, on January 16, according to forkcast.org records, the 228th Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developer Meeting (ACDE) mainly discussed the following topics: due to EIP-7843 (slot opcode) involving both the consensus layer and execution layer, a delay was needed for the BALs Devnet-2 scope decision; seven proposed EIPs were rejected from inclusion in Glamsterdam; consideration of EIP-7954 (contract size 24KB→32KB) was also discussed. Additionally, the meeting decided to continue advancing the details of the Glamsterdam upgrade, with a technical and pragmatic discussion atmosphere, aiming to lock in the scope as soon as possible to avoid further delays.
