Recently, I've encountered several issues with a certain product and want to ask if anyone else has experienced the same. The desktop version gets stuck immediately, constantly looping on the login screen, and refreshing doesn't help. Even more frustrating is the frequent pop-up asking to check clipboard permissions, which really ruins the experience and doesn't look like a legitimate app at all.

Also, I want to ask how to withdraw the 500 points? I’ve looked through the app for a long time but couldn't find the way. Experienced users, please give some advice. The user experience is really poor if these issues aren't addressed soon. I hope these problems can be optimized quickly.

Getting stuck on the login screen is really terrible, I've experienced it too. Reinstalling didn't help. The points system is just a trap, probably just trying to make you forget it exists. This thing is way off from a legitimate app. Permission prompts are so annoying. I regretted installing this thing right from the start. No, I better see if there are any alternatives first.

Login screen loop? Bro, this isn't a bug, it's a feature. Getting stuck here is really outrageous, constantly pop-up clipboard permissions are just too rogue. The points entry is hidden so deep, probably intentionally making it impossible to claim. An app made like this, with good user experience, is just a miracle. This is a common problem with Web3 applications; no matter how fancy they look, the backend is a mess. I've already given up on my 500 points, and you're still insisting? Respect, you are a real man.
