I have found a way to overcome procrastination and can't help but share it with everyone.
When people are doing something, the reason for internal conflict, fear, and procrastination is often due to the fear of ineffective effort. Therefore, the way to control a task is to be as specific as possible. If you are sufficiently specific, then each failure provides clear data, allowing you to establish control at new points. Although you may not know if you will succeed next time, you understand the specific focus of each action, and your ability to take action will greatly improve.
