Have you ever wondered: why do project teams or exchanges go to promote with people around them, but ignore you? Most of the time, this is no coincidence.

If it was an accident once, but they bypass you two or three times, then you need to carefully consider the reasons behind it. Is it because your viewpoints lack persuasiveness? Or did you offend a partner at a critical moment? Or is your influence not yet prominent enough?

Instead of complaining about the world, it’s better to calmly reflect: Is your analysis deep enough? Are your viewpoints unique? Is your network broad enough? These are the real factors that determine whether you are chosen.
