When faced with a washout, it drops straight to zero, which is really a bit hopeless. Clearly, it's a coin I believe in, but then there's a sharp decline, and the chips I hold are gone. How can I survive in this kind of volatility? Stop-loss orders can't hold, and I miss the bottom when trying to buy the dip. It feels like the market is teaching me how to behave. Is there any way to avoid this kind of risk?

actually, theoretically speaking, you're just experiencing what happens when position sizing isn't risk-adjusted to your actual risk tolerance. statistically significant losses like that usually correlate with zero portfolio diversification.

Shakeout? Directly to zero? Bro, don't you have a stop-loss set? I've played this move before, and I'm still paying off debts haha

Bro, it's not a matter of method, it's a matter of mindset. Essentially, the inability to cut losses is just greed that can't be controlled.

Stop messing around; mindset is truly the biggest risk management tool.
