Spending a long time on exchange platforms can easily lead to a misconception: it seems like everyone else is making money, and you're the only one missing out.

But a closer look reveals a pattern — those who experience the biggest gains are often also the ones with the most significant losses.

Many people treat investing like a 100-meter dash, insisting on being ahead of everyone else. In reality, this game has no finish line.

What truly differentiates experts from novices? It's not who can buy the dip or sell at the top, nor who has a more敏感 market sense. It's who can endure those "market dead silence" days — not trading, not following, just holding tightly.

When you let go of the obsession with others' rate of return, and when you can remain silent in the face of market noise, you've already outpaced most people. This isn't numbness; it's genuine clarity.

No problem with that. I admit defeat when it comes to mindset. Seeing others earn three or five times more every day makes my hands itch uncontrollably, and then I get liquidated with one wrong move.

Honestly, only now do I realize after grinding through the disks that most of those who show off their earnings will probably get liquidated in the next second. I've seen this too many times. Holding steady without moving is really the hardest thing, yet that's exactly the core of making money. It's ironic. The worst thing is seeing others make money and having your mindset explode; actually, they are also losing, we're all the same. My current strategy is—close my eyes, hold tight, don't look at the K-line. This way, I make the most comfortable profits. I used to chase every rise and fall daily, ending up losing the most. Now, I just lie back and earn passively. The market is just that damn crazy.

Well said. I've recently been trying to quit the bad habit of scrolling through the feed. Watching others' 3x, 5x gains can really make your mindset explode. But on the other hand, what about those braggers? They end up losing everything back. Holding onto your assets is the way to go; being able to endure boredom is what makes a true high-level player.

There's nothing wrong with that, but holding on tightly can really outlast a lot of people. I have too many impatient and profit-driven people around me, watching the K-line every day as if they're watching stock market trends.
