The weekend is here, and trading volume drops off. The four major derivatives platforms (Hyperliquid, Aster, Lighter, edgeX) are no exception, and their weekend performance is basically the same as other exchanges. In this regard, the OI indicator is indeed very important—Hyperliquid is particularly skilled in this area. To be honest, the frenzy on L1 has cooled down, and the Perp DEX route will likely follow the same pattern. The market rotates in these cycles, and the next wave is anyone's guess.

Weekend dips are a routine operation; no matter how awesome Hyperliquid is, it can't escape this fate.

The weekend is indeed trash, not even Hyperliquid can save this situation.

Poor weekend liquidity is a curse; Hyperliquid can't save it no matter how strong it is.

The weekend curse really can't be avoided, even the best platform is useless.
