Machine: The funds held by MEV builders have been returned and transferred to the dedicated recovery account
Foresight News reports that the multi-chain DeFi execution engine Makina posted a tweet stating that the funds held by MEV builders have been returned, with 10% of the bounty paid out under the SEAL White Hat Security Program deducted. This is equivalent to approximately 920 ETH out of the 1023 ETH received by MEV builders, while the total exploited amount is about 1299 ETH. The funds have been transferred to a dedicated recovery account. The current top priority remains to fully recover the remaining funds, and any distribution plan and timetable for recovered funds will be announced when feasible.
