Federal Reserve Governor Miran: If secondary inflation effects and wage increases occur, rate hikes may be needed, but there is currently no necessity for rate hikes

Gate News Report, March 23 — Federal Reserve Board member Michelle Bowman stated that if second-round inflation effects and wage increases occur, a rate hike might be necessary. However, she also noted that currently, there is no need to consider raising interest rates.
