The companies are competing to replace traditional click-and-scroll interfaces with conversational AI that can understand user requests and complete tasks across shopping, work, and communication. Alibaba’s Qwen Task Assistant 1.0 guides users through end-to-end flows for shopping, travel, and food delivery within its ecosystem.
