According to Bank of America's research report released on July 11, global DRAM revenue is forecast to increase 325% in 2026 to $568.8 billion. NAND revenue is expected to grow 299% to $323.1 billion over the same period, with combined memory revenue reaching $891.8 billion, up 315% from 2025. The price rebound will be the primary driver, with Bank of America projecting DRAM average selling prices to rise 249% and NAND prices to increase 238% year-over-year.
