According to a Bank of America survey in May, 62% of investors expect U.S. 30-year Treasury yields to rise above 6% if yields experience significant volatility over the next 12 months. The 30-year Treasury yield currently stands at 5.13%, having risen by 1 basis point, and reached 5.16% on Monday, marking the highest level since October 2023. Meanwhile, 20% of survey respondents believe yields could fall below 4%.
