Bloomberg Grain Index Rises 0.42% on August 6; CBOT Corn and Wheat Gain

According to Bloomberg Grain Index, agricultural futures rose on Wednesday, August 6, at the New York close. The Bloomberg Grain Index climbed 0.42% to 32.19 points.

CBOT corn futures advanced 0.48% and wheat futures rose 0.67%. Soybean futures declined 0.33% to $12.2225 per bushel, while soybean meal futures gained 1.43% and soybean oil futures fell 0.78%. Lean hog futures rose 0.54%, while live cattle and feeder cattle futures each declined 0.74%.
