He pledged Chinese support for Myanmar's efforts to advance domestic peace and reconciliation while safeguarding national sovereignty and security.
China aims to advance high-quality Belt and Road cooperation with Myanmar, including post-earthquake reconstruction, people-to-people exchanges, trade, and investment. Both nations will accelerate key projects under the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor, jointly combat transnational crimes including online gambling and telecommunications fraud, and maintain peace and stability along their shared border, according to state media Xinhua.
