EasyControl Autonomous Driving Launches Hong Kong IPO, Raises HK$2.1–2.3B with 11 Cornerstone Investors on June 29

According to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing disclosures, EasyControl Autonomous Driving Technology (ticker: 07687) launched its global offering today, June 29, with a planned listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board on July 8. The company plans to offer 26.32 million shares, targeting total proceeds of approximately HK$2.121–2.298 billion.

The offering secured 11 cornerstone investors including Zijin Mining, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group, Fidelity International, JPMorgan, Barings, Indus, Jain Global, Regal, GF Fund, Zhongkui Investment, and Seven Grand, with combined commitments reaching approximately 50 percent of the offering size. The consortium spans global industrial leaders, top international long-term capital providers, and leading Chinese funds.
