According to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the final batch of 28 transferred personnel from the Hondius cruise ship, which experienced a hantavirus outbreak, arrived at Eindhoven Air Base early on May 12. The group traveled on two aircraft: the first carried six cruise passengers originally scheduled to return to Australia from Tenerife, Spain; the second transported 22 evacuees, primarily cruise ship staff members. They will undergo quarantine or return to their home countries in the Netherlands.
