Final 28 Transferred Personnel from Hondius Cruise Ship Arrive in Netherlands Early May 12

According to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the final batch of 28 transferred personnel from the Hondius cruise ship, which experienced a hantavirus outbreak, arrived at Eindhoven Air Base early on May 12. The group traveled on two aircraft: the first carried six cruise passengers originally scheduled to return to Australia from Tenerife, Spain; the second transported 22 evacuees, primarily cruise ship staff members. They will undergo quarantine or return to their home countries in the Netherlands.
